Why are our fees so competitive compared to other firms of surveyors?
We are a small firm and we are lucky to have low overheads so our fees do not have to be as high. We work to the exact same standards as any other RICS regulated firm. All chartered surveyors are required by the RICS to work to the same minimum standards. We are a regulated firm and all our surveys are carried out by a fully qualified chartered building surveyor who carries out the inspection and writes the report. We are also RICS Registered Valuers.
The fees shown are typical fees for surveys in properties located in West and North London and the Home Counties.
If your property sits between two size categories, we will always apply the lower fee.
